How do I place my order?

All tickets and travel packages must be purchased online.

Travel packages go on sale Thursday, May 29th at 9am PT, and will not require a password to purchase. After you click “Buy Now” next to your desired package, you will be directed to our ticketing partner to make and finalize your order. 

To purchase VIP tickets, 3-day tickets will be available during the Artist Presale beginning Wednesday, May 28th at 10am PT. A password is required – sign up here to receive presale access. After you click “Buy Now” next to your desired VIP package, you will be directed to our ticketing partner, Ticketmaster, to make and finalize your order.

Public on sale begins Friday, May 30th at 10am PT.

Is there a ticket purchase limit?

Yes, there is an eight (8) ticket limit for VIP tickets and a two (2) package limit for travel packages purchased on Tixr.

I have an ADA Request. What’s the best way to request accommodations for my travel package and/or VIP Ticket?

If you need to request ADA Accommodations for your hotel reservation OR VIP experience, please reach out to us HERE with the following information as soon as possible:

Please be sure to include as much information when submitting your request so we can ensure you have proper accommodations. All ADA requests will be processed in the order they are received and dependent on availability.

For accessible seating requests at the show, availability and type of accessible seating tickets will vary based on Golden Gate Park’s availability. Once your request is received, we will go over all available options.

Do I need to be vaccinated for COVID-19 to purchase a travel package or VIP Ticket and attend the event?

In the best interest of fans and staff, the Event Organizer will continue to monitor local COVID-19 trends and meet or exceed protocols mandated by local governments. By purchasing tickets to this event, you agree to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event, which may include wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 test. Government mandates, venue protocols, and event requirements are subject to change. For more information, please visit Golden Gate Park’s website.

OUR VIP PACKAGES

Is there an age restriction for the VIP tickets?

The event is all ages! Keep in mind, strollers will not be permitted.

What is a General Admission ticket?

General Admission (GA) are tickets that allow entry to the event with no seats assigned to them. With a general admission ticket, you may be given a specific area to sit or stand in, but you won’t have a specific seat reserved for you.

VIP Tickets include expedited entry.

Golden Road Super VIP Tickets include access to the expedited Golden Road Super VIP venue entrance lane, first venue entry selected via a random drawing, and priority access to the Polo Field and all viewing areas.

If I purchase a Platinum ticket, is that the same as VIP?

Platinum tickets are not VIP tickets. Platinum tickets do not include access to the VIP amenities or areas at the venue. Please be mindful when completing your purchase, and be sure to use the filter feature on the ticket provider’s website so you purchase the correct VIP package.

How will I receive my VIP tickets for the show?

All VIP tickets will be delivered digitally through your Ticketmaster account prior to the event date.

When will I receive information about VIP check-in?

More information and further instructions including check-in location and schedule will be emailed to the purchaser, at the email used for purchase, 5-7 days before the event.

Is parking included in the VIP ticket or Golden Road Super VIP ticket?

VIP tickets do not include parking.

Golden Road Super VIP ticket purchasers will have the option to purchase a Golden Road VIP parking pass.

What if my plans change and I no longer want my purchased VIP ticket?

All VIP tickets are non-refundable. Please refer to our Purchase Policy for more details.

OUR TRAVEL PACKAGES

How is pricing displayed for travel packages?

Travel package pricing is shown as all-in, inclusive of all fees. We display both the per-person and total package price for clarity. Please note – if you are purchasing a travel package before July 11th, 2025, you will have the option to either pay in full or opt-in to a payment plan. See more details about the payment plan option below.

How many rooms are included in my travel package?

All travel packages include one room for two or four guests. During the checkout process, you will have the option to select your preferred bed type, dependent on availability.

Is there an age restriction for travel packages?

Yes. The primary guest checking in at the hotel must be 21 or older with valid photo identification. Guests under 21 are welcome to stay in the room and attend the show. Please note, strollers are not permitted at the shows.

Is there a payment plan for travel packages?

Yes, there’s an optional payment plan available for travel packages! If select the payment plan at checkout, your total will be split into three payments:

  • 60% due at the time of purchase
  • 20% charged on the first payment date
  • Final 20% charged on the second payment date

For purchases made on May 28, 2025:

  • First payment date: Friday, June 13, 2025
  • Final payment date: Friday, July 11, 2025

For purchases made after May 28 but before July 11, 2025:

  • First payment date: Friday, June 13, 2025
  • Final payment date: Friday, July 13, 2025

If you choose “Pay in Full” at checkout, your total will be charged upfront, and no further payments will be made.

Please note: The payment plan must be selected during checkout. It cannot be added after the purchase is complete.

Can I pay for my entire package before the additional payment is due?

If you purchased on May 28th, 2025 and are on the payment plan but decide you’d like to make the second payment prior to that final payment due date, you can reach out to our ticketing partner, Ticketstoday, at [email protected] and they can assist you. 

If you purchased on May 29th, 2025 or after and are on the payment plan, the order must follow the payment plan schedule and the full payment cannot be completed early.

What happens if I miss a payment?

If you purchased on May 28th, 2025:

  • You will receive an email from Ticketstoday three (3) days prior to a payment date.
  • If you receive an email from 100x stating you missed a payment, please follow the instructions in the email by visiting the link provided to complete your payment. We will honor a 7-day grace period whenever possible, but past due orders may be at risk of cancellation at any time.

If you purchased on May 29th or after:

  • If you receive an email stating you missed a payment, please follow the instructions in the email, or visit this link.
  • Please note: If you update your payment method to a new card, your payment will attempt to process automatically. If your new card does not process successfully, reach out to the 100x Guest Services team and we will attempt to process it on our end through Tixr.
  • We will honor the 10 day grace period (noted on the Tixr link above) whenever possible, but past due orders may be at risk of cancellation at any time.
  • If an order is canceled due to a missed payment, repurchasing is not guaranteed. To avoid losing your order, be sure to mark your payment dates and complete them on time!

Do the travel packages come with tickets for all three nights of Dead & Company?

Yes! Most travel packages include two or four General Admission (GA) tickets, two VIP tickets, OR two Golden Road Super VIP tickets–depending on the package selected–for the shows on 8/1, 8/2 & 8/3.

The 3-Night Grand Hyatt San Francisco GA Travel Package for Four includes four General Admission (GA) tickets for the shows on 8/1, 8/2 & 8/3. This is the only four-person package!

How will I know where my seats will be at Golden Gate Park?

There are no specific seats, this is a completely GA (General Admission) event!

My receipt shows tickets for the first night only - do I still have tickets for each show night within the travel package?

Yes! You have tickets for each show night included in your travel package – 8/1, 8/2 & 8/3.

How and where will I receive the tickets included in my travel package?

All tickets will be digital.

If you purchased on May 28th, 2025:

In the weeks leading to the event, you will receive an email from Ticketmaster where you can claim your tickets to the show. Please note, you will need to click into this email and add your tickets to your Ticketmaster account, digital wallet OR print prior to getting to the show. You will be required to use the same email address used to purchase your Travel Package to access your tickets in Ticketmaster.

If you need additional ticketing assistance before you arrive, please email [email protected].

If you purchased on May 29th, 2025 or later, more details on how you’ll receive your tickets will be shared closer to the event.

When will I receive information about 100x travel package check-in?

More information and further instructions including 100x check-in location and schedule will be emailed to the purchaser, at the email address used for purchase, 5-7 days before the event. 100x is not responsible for failed / blocked / misdelivered / bounced email delivery.

How do I utilize the roundtrip transportation included in the travel package?

More information regarding roundtrip transportation including details about pick-up times and locations will be provided via email closer to the show dates!

Will the travel package shuttle pick up at my hotel, or somewhere nearby?

Shuttle pickup spots are still being finalized and may not be directly at your hotel. In some cases, guests may be directed to a nearby location that’s easy to access and supports the most efficient shuttle routing. Door-to-door service is currently only confirmed for Cavallo Point Lodge San Francisco. Final pickup details will be shared closer to the event.

What if my plans change and I no longer want my purchased travel package?

All 100x travel packages are non-refundable. Please refer to our Purchase Policy for complete details. If you accidentally purchase the wrong package and hope to change your order, reach out to us immediately HERE and we will assess what we can do to help.

HOTEL INFO

What time is check-in and check-out at the available hotels?

100x abides by the hotel’s standard hotel policy, viewable HERE. There is no guarantee that you will be able to check in earlier than the hotel’s standard check-in time. If you need to arrive at the hotel early, we will work with the hotel to make sure that your bags can be stored and easily accessible until your check-in time.

What parking is available at the available hotels?

100x travel packages do not include parking or cover parking expenses. To find details and rates for parking, please visit the individual hotel website.

Reminder: all travel packages include daily priority shuttle passes to and from the venue and a convenient location! More details about these shuttles will be shared closer to the shows.

How far is each hotel from the venue?

We chose these hotels not just because they are comfortable and provide a high-quality guest experience, but also because of their close proximity to the venue. See the distance of each hotel from the venue HERE.

Will there be an incidental hold at my hotel?

You will be required to provide a valid credit card at check-in. Incidental holds vary at each hotel property. Please refer to the hotel’s website for the most up to date information on incidental charges.

Will there be a resort fee at my hotel?

Resort or destination fees vary by property. Some of our hotel partners do charge an additional fee. For the most accurate information, please refer to the specific hotel’s website.

I contacted the hotel and they do not have my reservation information, why is that?

We kindly request that you wait to reach out to your respective hotel with any specific requests until approximately 1-2 weeks before your check-in date. Please be assured that from our end, everything related to your reservation is confirmed. We typically share our updated rooming lists, including all guest information, with our hotel partners no earlier than one month prior to check-in day.

TRAVEL PACKAGE REQUESTS

Can I book additional nights at the hotel with my package? If so, how can I do this?

If you would like to stay longer than your travel package dates, you will need to book your additional nights as a separate reservation through the hotel directly. Please make sure you select the same room type purchased with your travel package. Once you have booked additional nights, you can reach out to us HERE with the below information to request to connect the reservations.

We will do our best to work with the hotel to accommodate – requests are not guaranteed and are subject to hotel availability.

All requests must be submitted to 100x by Tuesday, July 1, 2025.

I purchased a package as a gift and will not be in attendance. How can the gift recipient redeem the package on my behalf?

Any travel package request must be submitted to 100x via email by Tuesday, July 1, 2025.

If you are wishing to gift your package to someone else, you will need to reach out to us using the email address you used to purchase your travel package in order to update the will call name. Please reach out to us HERE and confirm your order details including the email used for purchase, order number, and package type along with the new ticket holder’s name, email address and phone number in order for our team to update the reservation. Once you have notified us by Tuesday, July 1, 2025, the new package holder will be able to check in to their hotel room, pick up their event merchandise at the hotel, and claim the concert tickets associated with their travel package!

If concert tickets are already in your Ticketmaster account, you will be responsible for ensuring those tickets are transferred over to the new package holder. Please find more details on how to transfer tickets via mobile and desktop at this link.

Please note: travel package transfers include the entire package (hotel stay, transportation and show tickets) and cannot be separated or split by day.

A package must be paid in full prior to it being gifted to another guest.

I have a specific request about my hotel stay, how can I make that request?

All hotel related requests can be sent directly to 100x HERE.

All requests must be submitted to 100x by Tuesday, July 1, 2025.

I need to update the credit card information in order to pay for my travel package, how can I do this?

In order to update your credit card information attached to your travel package payment method, please reach out to our ticketing partner, Ticketstoday, at [email protected] and they can assist you.
