Do I need to be vaccinated for COVID-19 to purchase a travel package and attend the event?

In the best interest of fans and staff, the Event Organizer will continue to monitor local COVID- 19 trends and meet or exceed protocols mandated by local governments. By purchasing tickets to this event, you agree to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event, which may include wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 test. Government mandates, venue protocols, and event requirements are subject to change. For more information, please head to the venue’s website of the show(s) that you will be attending.

How do I place my order?

All Dead and Company VIP And Travel Packages must be purchased online. Packages go on sale on Wednesday, October 12th, 2022. After you click purchase next to your desired package of choice, you will be directed to our ticketing partners to purchase your tickets or travel package.

How will I receive my VIP tickets?

  • For Travel Packages – Simply show up to the hotel and we will have your tickets there if you choose will call for your delivery option.
  • For VIP packages – During checkout, you will be able to choose your ticket delivery method. If you select to have your tickets shipped or emailed to you, you will still check in with us at the event to enjoy your package perks! If you select Will Call pick up, you will need to visit the venue box office to retrieve your tickets prior to VIP check-in. In the weeks leading into the show, the purchaser will receive an email with more details, including the time and location for VIP check-in.

Is there a payment plan for these packages?

Yes and No – There are not payment plans available for VIP tickets, however There are payment plans for travel packages. An initial 60% will be charged upon purchasing your package and a final 40% payment will be automatically deducted on 11/11/22. If you purchase after 11/11/22, you will be charged for the full payment at the time of your purchase. This is an automatic payment plan, meaning you’re on the plan simply by clicking “purchase!”

Can I acquire Accessible Seating as a part of the Hotel Travel Packages?

Does this package have a minimum age?

The age policy varies by venue, but most shows are open to all ages. Travel Packages have a minimum age of 18 or 21 depending on hotel. The hotel will require that the lead guest (the one checking in) be at least 18 or 21.

Is the price listed on the website the total price or the price per person?

The travel package price listed on our website is the price for two guests, plus fees. The VIP ticket price listed on our website is for one person.

What time is check-in and check-out at each hotel?

Check in time is usually 3 or 4 PM at each hotel. We will know closer to the date of the show if we can offer early check in based on the hotel’s availability the night before our arrival. You should not plan on being able to check in early to be safe. We will of course do whatever we can do to make your experience as seamless as possible whether or not we can offer early check in.

How far is each hotel from the venue?

Can I book additional nights at the hotel with my package? If so, how can I do this?

If you would like to stay longer than your travel package dates, you will need to book extra nights through the hotel directly. Please make sure you select the same room type purchased with your travel package. Once you have booked additional nights, you can contact us at [email protected] to request to connect the reservations. We will do our best to work with the hotel to accommodate!

Can I pick either a General Admission ticket or a Premium Reserved seated ticket?

Yes! You can select either a GA and Premium Reserved ticket option during checkout.

What is a General Admission ticket?

General Admission or GA are tickets with no seats assigned to them. “GA Floor” and “GA Pit” are located in front of the stage. You’ll be able see the GA section of each venue on the map during the purchase process.

What is a Premium Reserved ticket?

A Premium Reserved ticket is a seat. During the purchase process, you will see the location of your Premium Reserved seat prior to completing the order.

Is VIP parking included?

One one parking pass is included with a Golden Road Super VIP ticket. Note: 1 parking pass is included per order, not per package. If a guest chooses to purchase 4 Golden Road packages under one order, it will come with one parking pass for the group of 4. Parking is not included with other other package offerings but may be available at the concert venue.

Will the early venue entry be timed differently depending on the type of package I purchase?

Yes. Golden Road guests will enter the venue first, followed by Steal Your Face, followed by Scarlet>Fire. Specific details for entering the venue for the VIP experiences will be sent in an informational email about one week prior to the show date. To ensure early entry is fair for all guests we are enacting a First Entry Lottery Policy for all VIP guests with GA pit tickets who wish to participate in early entry to the pit.

How are you ensuring early entry is fair for all guests?

This summer, guests will enter the venue in the following order: Golden Road, Steal Your Face, Scarlet>Fire. For each VIP line tier, we will enact an Early Entry Lottery Policy. VIP guests with GA tickets can choose to opt-in for early entry and receive a numbered wristband at VIP check-in. At a designated time, a number will be selected at random. The person with this winning number will then become the first person in their line for Early Entry to the pit. All other participating guests will line up in consecutive numerical order behind that first guest. Check-in to participate in early entry will begin approximately 2 hours prior to doors. You will receive more information regarding early entry in the weeks leading up to the show.

What if my plans change and I no longer want my purchased Travel Package?

All 100X Travel and VIP Packages are non-refundable. Please refer to our Purchase Policy for complete details. That being said, we are just a bunch of people trying to make your experience better so if you email us, and we have a waiting list, we could take the package back. We cannot refund the ticketing fees if we do in fact issue a refund on the package price.

Can I use my 100X package for a promotional giveaway?

No. Please see our purchase policy for more details.

How should I make my order? Can I place my order over the phone?

We are unable to process any orders over the phone and therefore all packages must be purchased online. You should click the purchase button on our website next to the date you are interested in attending. You will then be directed to another site to make your order – the ticketing agent of the venue.

Can I acquire Accessible Seating as part of a VIP program?

Availability and type of accessible seating tickets will vary based on each venue’s policies. If you would like to inquire about accessible seating as part of a VIP program, please reach out to us at [email protected] immediately after purchase. We will go over all available options.
